Prepare the Item
Disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back into its original packaging with all hardware, instructions, and protective materials included.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
For small items, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for large furniture pieces, our team will coordinate a professional freight pickup from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
